Silicone rubbers, GUMOSIL and POLASTOSIL type, crosslink under the influence of condensation catalyst in the system and additivity.

The main areas of using of this type of rubbers are:

  • decoration, molding: castings, ceiling rosettes, statues, decorative candles, figurines,

  • renovation of monuments: the molds of monuments, archaeological fossils

  • ceramics: patterns and molds for artistic household and industrial production of pottery and porcelain,

  • art's elements: sculptures, masks, special ornaments, statues, reliefs,

  • technique: prototypes and components for leak checking and corrosivity, molds for technical and industrial applications (eg. car parts, household appliances)

  • tampo-printing: the pursuit of tampon printing.

Two-component silicone rubbers for production forms and reproduction
POLASTOSIL M -56

Rubber of high hardness. Red color. Cures under the influence of the catalyst OL-1 in condensed mode.

GUMOSIL B

Flexible, low durometer. White color. Cures under the influence of the catalyst OL-1 in condensed mode.

GUMOSIL E

Flexible, very low durometer. White color. Cures podwpływem OL-1 catalyst in condensed mode.

GUMOSIL K

Flexible, with good tensile strength. Beige. Cures under the influence of the catalyst G or F in condensed mode.

GUMOSIL WW

Flexible, high tensile strength. Beige. Cures under the influence of the catalyst G or F in condensed mode.

GUMOSIL M Flexible, high tensile strength. Cream color. Cures under the influence of a catalyst 81R in condensed mode.
GUMOSIL S Flexible of low hardness and high tensile strength. color: white. Cures under the influence of a catalyst S in condensed mode.
GUMOSIL R Flexible, with high hardness and high tensile strength. White color. Cures under the influence of a catalyst R in condensed mode.
GUMOSIL T Rubber of high hardness, resistance to large and sudden changes in temperature. Red color. Cures under the influence of the catalyst T-2 in the condensed mode.
GUMOSIL AD-1 A/B Flexible, with a very high tensile strength. Color colorless. Cures under the influence of the catalyst AD-1 / B in the system adduct.

GUMOSIL AD-3

Very flexible and strong, with a very high tensile strength. Iridescent color. Cures under the influence of a catalyst AD-3 / B system adduct.

Two-component silicone rubbers for electrotechnical purposes
POLASTOSIL M-60, POLASTOSIL M-2000 Two-component liquid silicone rubbers which cured at room temp. under CATALYST OL-1. These rubbers are used to protect electrical and electronic systems (including small engines, transistor) against the influence of external factors such as humidity, dust, rain, etc.

Two-component silicone rubbers for molds in the food industry
GUMOSIL AD-1S Two-component silicone elastomer which cured at room temperature under the influence of a catalyst; the crosslinking in system adduct.

Diluents for silicone rubbers
POLASTOSIL M-200, POLASTOSIL M-500 Pure silicone polymers for adjusting the viscosity of the rubber with the exception of Gumosilu AD-1 AD-2 Gumosilu. Rubber paste can be diluted by the addition of up to 10% of one of these diluents.
